Nearly every state, county and city in our nation has some type of Down Payment Assistance and we can help find the best fit for your situation. Not everyone qualifies but "you have not because you ask not" (James 4:2). And with our help we can locate some sort of financial assistance for most borrowers. Generally the out-of-pocket cost of purchasing a home through our program is $750.00 to $1,000.00.
